DANIEL HARDEN DAUGHERTY

I created this site to warn people having their children near him, or about doing business with him. In 2001, we attempted to help Daniel when no one else would by investing $500,000 in his used car dealership, and co-signing for loans for him. Our repayment was Daniel molested several small boys here in Atlanta, and stole the investment that the charity group made with him. We found out later that Daniel was a crack cocaine user and offered drugs to small boys to engage them in sexual acts.

I have attached a PDF file which shows the civil judgment that we gained against Daniel Daugherty. We found out later that he has swindled many people here in Atlanta, and Washington DC. We tried to generate criminal charges against him for molesting several children in the church group here in Atlanta, and for the theft; but, we were unable to. Authorities informed us that because he was cooperating in prosecuting crack dealers that they did want to prosecute him at that time. One of the boys committed suicide, and other boys didn't want to testify, so the case became difficult to prosecute.
